  • Processing involves quality inspection, packaging, and hand-off to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Locations

RECOVERLE currently ships exclusively to the United States

If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.

3. Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit)

We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery window is:

  • Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days.

  • This timeframe includes both our 1-2 day processing time and the 5-10 day transit time.

  • Note: Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE ($0.00) for all orders across the USA.

  • There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email within 3 business days. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our carrier’s tracking portal. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. RECOVERLE is not responsible for:

  • Delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 06 hours of placing your order.
